Waybuloo DVD

The first Waybuloo DVD is set for release on the 26th October 2009, featuring all your favourite Waybuloo characters from the hugely popular pre-school TV show. The Waybuloo DVD, entitled “Meet the Piplings” includes several episodes of the show together with a host of special features that will keep youngsters amused for hours.

Waybuloo is a unique TV programme aimed at pre-school children, taking them on a journey into an enchanting land called Nara. Nara is a magical world inhabited by four adorable Waybuloo characters called Piplings, each of them representing the personification of a distinct emotion.

Jojojo is the monkey-like Pipling who signifies happiness. Lau Lau has large rabbit-like ears and represents imagination. De Li has kitten-like features symbolising love, and Nok Tok is the bear-like Pipling, who represents wisdom.

When any one of the Waybuloo characters perform something that is good they enter a trance-like state known as ‘buloo’, a tender feeling of emotional satisfaction that makes it possible for them to float. The Waybuloo programme itself is a journey into happiness and enables younger children to develop social and emotional learning skills in a fun and engaging way.
